Our goal is to provide you with the best convention experience possible and you have an opportunity  to help us as well.
There are some important goals we must meet for a successful convention. The single most important goal is to meet our room block.
If we were to fail to meet our room obligation we would be charged by the hotel for all the convention space for the weekend.
We need to meet this goal by December 28, 2014 and convention room nights may not count towards the room block if reservations are made after the 20th.

Convention Information:

The convention incurs many expenses, including leasing hotel space; printing registration packages; telephone and copying bills; and office supplies. NA Convention fees support the SFV Area as it seeks to carry the message to addicts still suffering through Phonelines, Public  Information, and Hospitals and Institutions. Some of the money also helps future conventions get underway. Finally, your registration badge entitles you to attend both dances and is required for Main Banquet Seating.
All banquet seating will be assigned seating. Seats will be assigned based on the order in which tickets are purchased. If you wish to sit with specific individuals and choose not to reserve a full table, buy your tickets together to assure your group will be seated together. If your party does not fill a table you will be seated with others to fill a table. For example, a party of 3 will be grouped with a party of 7 in order to fill a table. Due to limited seating availability for the Saturday Night Banquet and Main Meeting, Registration badges are required for the Banquet as well as the Saturday Night Main Meeting. Historically the convention banquet sells out quickly so, to insure a ticket, register and reserve your table early.
Newcomer Badges will be given out to newcomers with less than 30 days clean on Friday, 9:30 pm, Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm, and again Saturday evening at 9:30 pm.
Onsite event parking is at a flat rate of $13.00. Overnight Guests do enjoy in and out privileges, unfortunately the day rate customers do not.
